RETURNS

All accessories returned unopened may be exchanged for credit, exchange or refund; defective accessories returned for credit, exchange or refund. No refunds for opened DVD or videotape, return for exchange only. Opened merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days for credit, exchange or refund, after 14 days for credit or exchange. All returns must accompany an RMA number. Please contact customer service for an RMA.  All Catalog Special Orders returned for credit only.  NO RETURNS for special orders on items not listed on our website, or a catalog or flyer produced by Raven Gunsmith.  No returns on any item that has been altered in any way.  No Returns on any item with a voided warranty do to misuse, alteration or neglect.

FOR SPECIAL ORDERS

All Special Orders require a 10% deposit or secured with a credit card number.  This deposit is non-refundable.

FOR FIREARMS SALES

 Buyers must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, and 18 years old to purchase long guns. Buyers must not be prohibited from owning a firearm in his state. Buyer of this product must arrange for the item to be shipped to an FFL dealer (unless buyer holds an FFL or Curio and relics license, or if gun is an antique or black powder firearm). WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT OF A FIREARM FROM AN INDIVIDUAL!! The buyer will be required to pass background check and receiving dealer will normally charge a fee. Shipping, handling, and insurance, will be a flat fee of $35.00. No sales out of continental USA. Payments of Credit Card, Money order or certified bank check only will be accepted. No returns on new firearms sales.  Used firearm sales have a three day no shoot inspection policy.  You have three days to inspect the firearms after date of DELIVERY in which case you may contact us for am RMA.  Buyer assumes all costs for shipping and insurance or risks thereof if no insurance is provided.  We are not responsible for any item that is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.  We are not responsible for any firearm damage as a result of the use of improper ammunition be it either reloads or factory sourced.

FOR NON-FIREARMS SALES

For non Firearms Sales, we ship to all of the US, Canada, NATO Member States only.  Payments of Credit Card, Money order or certified bank check for domestic and Canadian sales are accepted. For All other sales, Credit card payment will only be accepted.  International shipments will be done via the US Postal Service. Please note that was cannot ship products that are designated as Hazardous or ORM-D to foreign countries, Alaska or Hawaii

RETURN POLICY FOR FIREARMS ONLY

New firearms are sold as-is with the manufacturers warranty in play. Used Guns will have a 3 day return policy. Seller must be notified within 3 days of receiving the firearm of intention to return product. We will refund purchase price LESS SHIPPING FEE'S AND ANY TRANSFER FEES (to and from purchaser), only after we have received firearm in same condition as we shipped to you. NO EXCEPTIONS. By purchasing any firearm you accept the policy as stated above. NO SALES TO NEW YORK CITY, NEW JERSEY, Washington DC, Chicago, No shipments to MASSACHUSETTS, but you can pick up any rifle or shotgun at the shop. No C&R pistols or semi auto rifles to Connecticut OR HANDGUNS TO MARYLAND. Please check your local laws before buying.

FFL TRANSFERS

We can transfer your firearm for a flat fee. Please contact us if you live in the Southern New Hampshire Area and need a firearm transferred. We can work with the selling dealer to get your firearm safely to our facility and legally transferred to you.
